At Inaz Collective, every saree is thoughtfully designed, meticulously crafted, and carefully packed with love.
We truly hope you cherish what you receive. In the rare instance that something isn’t quite right, here’s how we’ll take care of you:

Returns

As each saree is specially curated and one-of-a-kind, we do not usually accept returns.

The only exception is if your saree arrives damaged during transit.

To help us resolve such cases fairly and promptly, we require an unedited unboxing video captured from the moment you open your parcel until the saree is fully revealed. This ensures transparency and authenticity in the resolution process.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for style, size, or preference, as every saree is unique.

However, if your saree arrives damaged, we will gladly arrange an exchange once our team has reviewed and verified your unedited unboxing video.

Refunds & Credit Notes

Instead of refunds, we provide credit notes, allowing you to select another saree you’ll fall in love with.

Your credit note will:

Carry the full value of your original order.
Be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Think of it as a gift voucher for your next special find.

A Gentle Reminder

Please raise any concerns within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Sarees must remain unworn, unwashed, and in their original folds, with all tags and packaging intact for any resolution to be applicable.
